WordCamp Europe 2019 is not exactly around the corner, but the date is set and is coming to Berlin, for sure, on 20-22 of June 2019.
On the 1st of October 2018, the organizing team of WCEU 2019 decided to wish you all an amazing month, by releasing the first batch of 250 standard tickets at the price of 40,00 €.
What followed after the release of the first batch at 12:00 at noon, was unexpected and probably a record. Officially the first batch of standard tickets was sold out within 3 hours and 9 minutes!
Second batch of tickets has been released on the 3rd of October and has been sold out till the 4th of October came, while the third batch was released on the 8th of October and 100 tickets are what’s left of it!
Micro-sponsor tickets at the price of 150,00 € are still available, giving you the opportunity to support the event by giving back to the WordPress Community. Your donation will ensure an extra-special WCEU experience for you and all other attendees.
WordCamp Europe is an event introduced back in 2013, in Netherlands, as the first large scale WordCamp was held in Leiden that October. Since then it is an established event around our favorite platform – WordPress, that takes place in a different city of Europe every year.
An amazing trip so far, following the cities Sofia (2014), Seville (2015), Vienna (2016), Paris (2017), Belgrade (2018), till we get to our next destination, Berlin!
Berlin’s strong local WordPress Community is excited to be hosting the next WordCamp Europe and working hard to deliver an amazing event to all the attendees gathering from all around the world. This event, according to the leader of the local team Bernard Kau, is expected to welcome up to 3000 attendees.
The conference will be held at at the Estrel Hotel and Congress Center for all three days of the event, the Contributor Day (20 June), the two conference days (21-22 June) and the After Party, as well. The organizing team has already come to an agreement with the venue, providing the attendees of WCEU with a booking code, so that they can enjoy a discount on their stay at the hotel.
WordCamp Europe 2019 in Berlin cannot be missed and is expected to continue the epic series of WCEU evolving, till the next city picks up the baton!
